Why did you start your business?
Broma grew out of a concept that co-founder, Taylor developed while getting her Master’s Degree in Food Studies at NYU. We noticed that grocery stores became inundated with products promising health but ultimately lacked in both taste and transparency. At Broma we want to rid the stigma that healthy can’t be tasty and that brands can provide accurate information to consumers. Broma is in every way the Carefree Chocolate.
Do you have any goals or plans for you business in the next 5 years?
Our goal in the next 5 years is to bring Broma into as many households as possible. We all deserve a healthy alternative that is all encompassing (vegan, dairy free, organic, gluten free), filling and tastes great.
