Hi! I am Nicole, a married mama of two boys living in the Pacific Northwest. 

I believe eating healthy should be easy, so I ditched the diet buzz words and just try and eat meals with as much real food as possible.

I started my food blog, @lettuceturniptheeats, on Instagram a little over two years ago.  I share easy recipes and products I love, all made with all real ingredients.

I absolutely love sharing the clean products I find, and wanted to take it one step further.  That is when NW Bulk Market was born.  I designed my dream grocery store that carries products I can trust (no sketchy ingredient lists here) and really PROMOTE to the businesses who work so hard to make these products.
