Work has been a little intense this week along with some side projects I’m working on and you can say my stress level is at it’s peak. But when you have good friends, good food, and some ashwagandha, you can basically watch your stress melt away.

WHAT YOU NEED
1/2 cup yogurt
1/2 frozen banana
1 cup frozen cauliflower
1/2 cup frozen papaya
1/4 cup brewed coffee, chilled
chocolate protein powder
1 tsp ashwagandha
MAKE
Blend all the ingredients together until smooth
Pour into a cup and enjoy or add to a bowl and TOP
with sliced bananas, some Just Plain 'Ola Grain Free Granola, pumpkin seeds, and bee pollen
