Why did you start your business?
It all started with our love for tacos.
COYOTAS are handmade. This enables an un-comparable vibe that simulate texture, color and
flavor with only clean ingredients.
COYOTAS are handmade in small batches to maintain the texture and flavor of an authentic tortilla.
Created from cassava flour, which is peeled, dried and ground cassava root. Combined with
wholesome ingredients and free from preservatives.
Do you have any goals or plans for you business in the next 5 years?
Focusing on creating a product that we felt passionate and proud about, also that we can consume
every day. Our main objective is to serve food with wholesome ingredients, mostly organic,
without sacrificing texture and flavor. In a nutshell, our main objective is to create clean, healthy
delicious Mexican/Californian food in harmony with nature going back to the origin of its
elaboration and ingredients.
