Why did you start your business?
A SF Bay Area-based mom of two, Daniela, the mastermind behind Farmhouse Lab’s high-quality specialty dressings, which she launched in 2016, shifted from a sustainability leadership role with a large global corporation to focus on what inspired her most — building a sustainability-driven company that is directly helping individuals make healthier, more locally-driven and sustainable food choices.
Do you have any goals or plans for you business in the next 5 years?
Farmhouse Lab is a brand for joyful, sustainable plant-based eating that encourages to make food more often at home again and to share it in community. With that, we want to help cultivating the plant-based revolution for the greater good.
We hope to see our Real Food Dressings in many kitchens of home chefs, actual chefs, families, large tables with beautiful food indoors and outdoors, in your camper van kitchen, in front of your tent ... .
We also hope to add other products that support this lifestyle.
