Why did you start your business?

 

Over this past winter, I was constantly experiencing dry, cracked lips and couldn’t find anything that would hydrate and restore my lips to normal. So, I did a little research and purchased some ingredients to start making my own hydrating lip balm. Once I started using my own chapstick made of natural ingredients that are actually healthy for your lips, my dry cracked lips quickly went away! I sent chapstick samples to my friends and family for them to try, and to my surprise, they all LOVED it and were asking for more!

Do you have any goals or plans for you business in the next 5 years?

Over the next 5 years I plan to continue growing Moonflower Organics and creating new and better chapsticks. I also want to start experimenting with some other natural lip products.
