This vegan baked banana oat skillet is not only delicious but saves you on the dishes. Everyone grab and fork and dig in.

WHAT YOU NEED
1 1/4 cup of oats 1 cup cassava flour 1/4 cup coconut sugar 2 tsp baking powder 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp vanilla 1 tsp cinnamon 3 ripe bananas 1/4 cup almond milk 1/4 cup apple sauce
1/4 cup cocoa nibs
preheat oven to 350
mix dry ingredients together first
then add in wet ingredients
pour into oven safe dish or cast iron skillet
bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes
optional: top with any nut butter and or jam
