canned food gets a lot of crap in the toxic wellness industry. sure they aren't as fancy as fresh foods but let's be real, they are cheaper. its about damn time the wellness industry stopped shaming accessible foods and that's what we are here to do.
this canned salmon salad is not only delicious but will have you rethinking canned food as you know it. it's easy to make a bunch of it and store it in the fridge for quick lunches and snacks. add it to a salad, or a sandwich even on some crackers or stuffed in an avocado.
