this canned salmon salad is not only delicious but will have you rethinking canned food as you know it. it's easy to make a bunch of it and store it in the fridge for quick lunches and snacks. add it to a salad, or a sandwich even on some crackers or stuffed in an avocado.

ingredient list

only 8 simple & affordable ingredients for this easy recipe

  • 2 cans of pink salmon

  • 2 tbsp mayo

  • 1 tbsp dijon

  • 1 celery stalk (diced small)

  • capers (use your judgement, we are big caper fans over here so we load it up)

  • salt + pepper to taste

  • red pepper flakes

  • garlic powder


instructions

these instructions could not get any easier...

  1. drain cans of salmon and place in a mixing bowl

  2. add remaining ingredients & mix

  3. enjoy right away or store in fridge for a few days
