Healthy Pink Almond Joy Bar - raw, paleo

No bake, low carb and delicious chocolate and coconut delicious bites with a special touch of pitaya powder, cacao nibs and maca powder that you won’t be able to resist!

WHAT YOU NEED


Layer 1

½ cup Vegan Chocolate Protein Powder

¼ cup Granulated Monk Fruit or Coconut Sugar

1 Tbsp Beef Gelatin (optional)

½ cup + 1 Tbsp Coconut Mylk (water works too)

Layer 2

¼ cup Granulated Monk Fruit or Coconut Sugar

1/3 cup Coconut Mylk (water works too)

Layer 3

3 Tbsp Cacao Nibs


 

HOW TO MAKE

mix the dry ingredients of layer 1, then add your liquid.

divide into twelve silicone muffin cups and freeze for 30 minutes.

repeat the last step with the ingredients of the layer 2 and top the first later with this one.

add your final layer as toppings and freeze again for at least 3 hours. ENJOY!
