Jazz used Motha Butta's Coconut Butter to create these 5 min no bake, raw Coconut Truffles. Make them and store them in the fridge for snacking or bring to your next pot luck.

WHAT YOU NEED
(WET)
1/2 cup Original Coconut Butter
1 tbsp coconut oil, melted & cooled
1 tbsp maple syrup
(DRY)
1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut + 2 tbsp for rolling
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp sea salt
MAKE
Add the wet ingredients to a bowl & mix.
Combine the dry ingredients to the same bowl. Mix well.
Refrigerate for 5 minutes to set.
Roll into 1 tbsp size balls, then roll in shredded coconut. Store them in an airtight container in the fridge!
