these cookies may be free from: grains, refined sugar, dairy and gluten but they sure aren't missing the flavor. these babies taste like the real thang.

WHAT YOU NEED
1/2 cup cassava flour
1 cup coconut sugar
1/2 cup melted coconut oil
1 tbsp arrowroot flour
1/2 cup cocoa nibs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
preheat oven to 350
combine all dry ingredients in a bowl
combine all wet ingredients in a separate bowl
pour dry ingredients into wet ingredients bowl
use spoon, or just your hands, to scoop out dough in small balls
lay out on parchment paper lined baking sheet
space cookie dough balls about 1 1/2 inches apart
bake for 12-15 minutes
remove from oven and try and let cool before enjoying.
