Using mostly nectarines and our pink dragon-fruit powder (also a few sneaky veggies you won't even know are in there) this smoothie tastes just as good as it looks. This vibrant pink smoothie is easy to make and loaded with all the goods you need to start or get through your day.

WHAT YOU NEED
1 nectarine, with the pit removed
1/2 an avocado
3 frozen cauliflower florets
1 tsp pink dragonfruit powder
1 tbsp collagen peptides
1 tsp maca powder
your favorite yogurt
LET'S MAKE THIS...
blend together all the required ingredients + maca and collagen (if you choose to use those)
depending on the strength of your blender, you can add a little non dairy milk to help blend the frozen ingredients together.
the best apart about a smoothie are the toppings! I used some of my favorites:
yogurt + peanut butter + bee pollen+ cocoa nibs.
each with a spoon or a straw, whichever you prefer.
