seed cycle snacking breads

When seed cycling, it can be tricky to figure out how to get your seeds in each day. So we developed two easy snacking bread recipes, each with a unique seed cycling bread. Cinnamon Banana Bread for your menstrual + follicular phases AND Cacao Coldbrew Snacking Bread for your ovulatory + luteal phases.


For me this was the easiest way to make sure I was getting my seeds in each day. On Sunday, I would bake the correct snacking bread depending on what phase of my cycle I would be on that week. Then each morning for breakfast I'd mix with some berries and yogurt. If breakfast wasn't in the cards that day, I would ended up snacking on a piece by the end of the day.



Cinnamon Banana Seed Cycle Snacking Bread

perfect for: menstrual + follicular phases


Ingredients

2 bananas

1 cup coconut sugar

2 eggs

1tsp baking powder

1tsp salt

3/4 cassava flour

1/2 cup oat milk


preheat oven to 375 degrees F

mix all ingredients together, in a blender or food processor is easiest

line a baking loaf pan with parchment paper

pour batter into loaf pan

sprinkle Pepita + Flax Seed Cycle Blend across the top

bake for 30-40 minutes, or until cooked all the way through

let cool for 10 minutes, cut and enjoy.

eat 1 piece per day during your menstrual + follicular phases.

Cacao Coldbrew Seed Cycle Snacking Bread

perfect for: ovulatory + luteal phases


Ingredients

2 bananas

1 cup coconut sugar

2 eggs

1tsp baking powder

1tsp salt

1/4 cup cacao powder

3/4 cassava flour

1/2 cup coldbrew coffee


preheat oven to 375 degrees F

mix all ingredients together, in a blender or food processor is easiest

line a baking loaf pan with parchment paper

pour batter into loaf pan

sprinkle Sesame + Sunflower Seed Cycle Blend across the top

bake for 30-40 minutes, or until cooked all the way through

let cool for 10 minutes, cut and enjoy.
