Why did you start your business?
I started Heart & Bones Kitchen because I believe that eating real, whole food, is one of the most important things you can do for your health. I have always been someone who loves to create things, art has been my biggest drive in life and I consider food to be one of the most rewarding creative outlets.
Do you have any goals or plans for you business in the next 5 years?
My goal is to open a restaurant where I can teach donation based cooking lessons and community gardening. I would love to bridge the gap between eating well and being able to pay your bills. In the mean time we take on every opportunity to bring you healthy and delicious food and recipes!
