Three Moon Collective is Seattle’s guide to the wellness world. But behind the scenes, I’m just a regular gal trying to apply the “take what you need & leave the rest” approach to my own wellness journey.

Wellness is a large umbrella term, which is GREAT because that means that so many things we already do can constitute being “well.”

Waking up early = wellness
Sleeping in = wellness
Pushing ourselves to do new things = wellness
Retreating to the cocoon of what we know = wellness
Communing with spirit = wellness
Spending time with loved ones who are physically here = wellness

The point I’m trying to make here, is that whenever we serve the needs of our mind/body/spirit in the present moment, we are being “well.”

But with the amount of trendy wellness stuff out there, all the ads shouting that THIS is the thing that will cure all our pains, insecurities, etc., PLUS our own conditioning, belief systems, & expectations we’re carrying, it’s no wonder we struggle to figure out what our own mind/body/spirit needs even are.

That's why I created Three Moon Collective. We remove the “should’s” and the “must’s” so that you can focus on finding what resonates for you. We created a resource with a variety of wellness practices, providers, and events so you can take what you need, and leave the rest behind (to maybe pick up later, who knows! we’re ever-changing beings).

If you’re a wellness seeker, we offer a weekly newsletter filled with local wellness events, a Collective of talented and trusted wellness providers, and a community of like-minded individuals who want to be part of something bigger than themselves.

If you’re a wellness provider, we help you feel less alone by offering community, connection, and marketing support to help spread your message. Contact us here to learn more about becoming part of the Collective.

Join us as we raise our collective vibration together and support each other through every phase of life.
