Chocolate Dipped Peanut Butter Cookies with Lavender Sea Salt

This peanut butter cookie recipe is very easily adaptable and can be made with almost any kind of nut butter. They are grain free/gluten free and only have 3 ingredients. We then dipped them in our favorite chocolate and sprinkled with Healthy on You Lavender Sea Salt.

WHAT YOU NEED

1 egg

1 cup coconut sugar

1 cup peanut butter or nut butter

1/2 cup of your favorite chocolate chips

1 tbsp coconut oil

Lavender Sea Salt

LET'S MAKE THIS

preheat oven to 350

in a mixing bowl - add 1 egg, coconut sugar and peanut butter

mix until all blended

line a baking sheet with parchment paper

roll dough into small balls and place on baking sheet

smush the ball down lightly with your hand until cookie shaped

complete for remainder of the dough

bake for 10-12 minutes

let cool

in a small bowl, melt chocolate and coconut oil

dip cookies 1/2 way into the chocolate

sprinkle with Lavender Sea Salt
