Pumpkin Spice Smoothie Bowl

When I used to live in South Florida I wanted to soak in all those falls vibes even though it was very hot and humid outside pretty much every day of the year. When you grow up without seasons, you get little FOMO when you start seeing hot lattes and furry boots all over your instagram feed.

This smoothie recipe really gives you all those same pumpkin spice flavors but still cold if you live in a non-seasonal place.

1/2 banana

1 spoonful pumpkin puree

1/4 tsp maca powder

1 cup frozen cauliflower

1/4 -1/2 cup dairy free mylk

blend together and pour into a bowl

TOPPINGS (optional)

sliced bananas

frozen berries
