This vegan, dairy-free mac and cheese sauce not only tastes like the real deal but it only takes 5 minutes to prepare. Pour over your favorite pasta and you have a almost instant hit for the whole family.

WHAT YOU NEED
1 cup canned coconut milk 4 tbsp nutritional yeast 2 tbsp arrowroot flour 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp onion powder 1/4 tsp turmeric 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
your favorite pasta
MAKE
Prepare pasta per directions on the package
In a separate sauce pan, add all the ingredients above (minus the pasta)
Simmer on low/med heat for about 3 min until stretchy & incorporated.
Once pasta is cooked and drained, mix in "cheese sauce"
Add green peas + sprinkle of smoked paprika on top!
